One of my favorite stories I shot for Wantful this year, TCHO is an innovative chocolate maker in San Francisco that focuses on the flavors of cacao in their product, rather than the percentage or origin of the beans.
The company is run by Louis Rossetto and Jane Metcalfe, co-founders of Wired Magazine, with their factory and headquarters located on Pier 17 along the Embarcadero.
